ATTENTION AOL USERS: To effectively use Blackboard you will need to make sure that you are NOT using the IE browser version that comes with AOL, but instead using the stand alone version recommended for Blackboard 7.1 which is IE 6.0 or higher. The AOL IE version is specifically customized for AOL content. If you need to keep your AOL browser running also, you can do the following:
1. In your AOL browser,click here to open a new, special window that will update itself every few minutes to assure your AOL stays connected.
2. Open another web browser such as Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator to connect to kyvs.org and login to go to class. In AOL version 8.0, there is an option that will allow you to disable the time-out feature. For more information on that feature, you will need to contact the AOL support team.
